21st November – Sunset Series, Irish World Academy of Music & Dance, Limerick

Emma Langford returns this November to her Alma Mater where she completed the BA in Voice and Dance and MA in Community Music, bringing with her a presentation of old songs, new songs, and some stories to weave it all together. She is joined by fellow past-students of the Irish World Academy Seán O Dalaigh and Alec Brown for this very special free-to-attend sunset series show.

22nd November – A Night in Aid of Kate O’Donnell – Na Piarsaigh, Limerick

Emma has rallied the support of musicians local and national for this very special hometown show in aid of Kate O’Donnell who is currently undergoing treatment for a rare form of liver cancer – please visit her family’s crowdfunding page to find out more.

14th December – 100 Club: The Duncairn, Belfast

BBC Radio 2 Folk Award Winner Josie Duncan makes her Duncairn debut, alongside RTÉ Radio 1 Emerging Folk Artist of the Year Emma Langford.

The Duncairn House Band will provide the backdrop with resident musician Conor Caldwell, Dan Byrne-McCullough, and Matthew Jacobson. The show explores a variety of musical styles from the iconic Irish and Scottish folk music revivals through to contemporary and popular music. Songs are carefully selected to reflect themes of community, development and modern life in Ireland.
